Hair Loss Tinctures

To begin with, a little about how to use the tinctures correctly. Regardless of whether you bought a tincture or made it yourself - apply it only to the hair roots, otherwise you risk being left with dry hair. If the tincture contains pepper, then it must be diluted in equal amounts with oils basic type, or with milk whey, broths. In the most extreme case, ordinary warm boiled water will do. If you apply the composition with pepper in its original form, severe burning and itching may begin, which will lead to scalp burns. There are, of course, exceptions, but it's better not to risk it. For the best effect, any tincture should be rubbed into the scalp with a cotton swab and left overnight, and the next morning, wash your hair with shampoo. If you don't want to mess around for so long, then apply the composition half an hour before washing your hair. If the tincture is "soft", you can apply a small amount to the root area after washing and not rinse until the next wash.

Very soft, but effective tinctures are prepared on the basis of herbs. They are not able to harm the hair and are very gentle. Moreover, since water is often used to prepare the infusion, and not alcohol, the composition can be applied to all curls and not be afraid to dry them out. It is very simple to use herbal tinctures - pour the finished and cooled infusion into a spray bottle and spray on clean hair without rinsing. Just remember, the finished infusion is stored no longer than two days, so each time you have to prepare a new one, but the results will justify themselves.

It is possible to prepare tinctures either from one plant or from three or four types. The main thing is to choose the herbs that are suitable for your hair type.

Hair growth tinctures

For hair growth, it is common to use hot pepper tinctures. They really show good performance, but they are not suitable for everyone. The fact is that if there are wounds and cuts on the scalp, then when using pepper tincture, you can climb to the ceiling from a powerful burning sensation. Or, if the scalp itself is of a sensitive type. Therefore, to begin with, we present an alternative recipe based on garlic.

Take fifteen cloves of garlic and finely chop them. Then you can go in two ways. The first one is to pour in half a liter of vodka and leave to infuse in this form. Second - if you are afraid of the pungent smell of garlic - add a few mint leaves, and then pour in vodka. Close the finished composition tightly with a lid and leave for a week in a dark place, shaking occasionally. Strain the finished tincture and use as directed.

Pepper tincture for hair

Chop a pod of hot pepper very finely and add half a glass of pre-prepared nettle infusion to it. How exactly to prepare the nettle infusion can be found on the packaging of the drug, the manufacturer always indicates the necessary proportions. Pour a small spoonful of castor oil or burdock into the cooked pepper composition, whichever you prefer. Add a few or three drops of lavender oil. Place the tincture container in a prepared water bath for ten minutes. After that, cover everything with a lid and let it stand for about three to four hours. Rub the finished composition into the hair roots before washing for half an hour or an hour, use it two to three times a week.

If the previous infusion seemed a little soft to you, then we suggest trying a more severe recipe. To prepare it, finely chop five to six hot pepper pods, you do not need to remove the seeds. Pour all this with half a liter of high-quality vodka or alcohol. Close tightly with a lid and place in a place without light for a week, shaking occasionally. At the end of the term, drain the composition and you can use it as directed. Remember that it is important to dilute such a tincture (for alcohol) in half with water. If vodka was used, the composition can be used in its pure form.

Reviews of tinctures for hair

Reviews of hair tinctures are very different, but for the most part they are positive. The only difficulty with them is finding a recipe that suits a particular hair. But this is a matter of time and practice. In any case, such tinctures do not negatively affect the hair, so you should not worry about this. The only thing is, be careful, as some components may be allergic. So either use a proven product or run an allergy test before applying to your hair.
