The foundation can be applied with a special brush, sponge, or simply with your fingers. If you chose a brush, then first apply on a small dot of the foundation on the forehead, chin and cheeks. Then start spreading the cream over your face with a brush. At the same time, in places where the cream is especially noticeable, make a hammering motion. These areas include the wings of the nose and the corners of the lips.

A cosmetic sponge is useful if you need to make a thicker coverage. The action will be the same as in the case of using a brush. There is, however, another option for applying the foundation. Squeeze the sponge and squeeze a portion of the cream onto it. Now unclench and start applying the cream. Make light circular motions with the sponge. This option will allow you to make a light and attractive coating.

Professional make-up artists prefer not to use tools at hand and simply apply the foundation with their fingers. In this case, it is recommended to pre-warm the fingertips with rubbing movements. This will allow the cream to spread more easily over the face.

How to apply cream to your face

Face cream should be applied strictly along the massage lines. These are special areas in which the skin is least deformed. If you move in these directions, then you will reduce the harmful effects on the skin of the face, and therefore reduce the risk of wrinkles.

The massage lines run from the central part of the face to its edges. Only at the lower eyelid do they pass from the outer corner of the eye to the inner one.

Direction of massage lines:

• From the center of the chin to the ears.
• From the corners of the lips to the ears.
• From the middle of the upper lip to the temples.
• From the bridge of the nose to the temples.
• Along the lower eyelid from the outer corners to the inner corners.
• On the upper eyelid in the opposite direction.
• From the collarbone to the chin.
• From ears to shoulders.

Facial does not need to be used on the eye area. To get started, squeeze a portion of the cream into the palm of your hand or take it from the jar with a special spatula. Then use your fingers to spread the cream over your face. Carry out grooming procedures no later than an hour before leaving home or sleeping. This will give the cream time to absorb and take effect.

How to properly apply the cream around the eyes

In the eyelid area, the skin is particularly sensitive. There are practically no sebaceous glands and the dermis is not capable of self-moisturizing. Due to the intense facial expressions in this area, wrinkles.
