Every girl and woman strives to be beautiful in everything, to stand out in some way from the rest, but at the same time be in trend. Newspaper manicure has recently become an actual option for decorating marigolds. As the name implies, it is made from newspaper clippings. This decor option was just invented by a beautician from France, who wanted to invent something new.
How newspaper manicure is done: step by step
In fact, making a manicure with newspaper decor is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. This will require care, accuracy and a little skill. Moreover, this type of manicure is perfect for a work dress code, vacation, party or just a walk, and it will take very little time. The advantage is that you can select a different font and different language, from Russian letters to Egyptian hieroglyphs.
For the manicure itself you will need:
- base transparent varnish;
- base varnish, best of all in a light pastel shade;
- some alcohol, vodka, or nail polish remover;
- any newspaper;
- a cup and scissors.
How to make such beauty on the nails:
- As usual, before any coating, it is necessary to bring the marigolds and skin in full order.
- From a sheet of newspaper, you need to carefully cut out small pieces, about a little larger in size than nails. Instead of a newspaper, you can use a magazine with thin pages, crosswords, maps. You can type any text, or some symbols, pictures and print, this will serve as a stencil for decorating nails.
- Apply a transparent base to the nails, after drying, apply one or two layers of varnish of your chosen shade. Dry thoroughly.
- Pour vodka into a cup. Several options are now possible. The first one is to lower the finger into the cup for 3-5 seconds, pull it out and quickly but carefully attach a piece of cut newspaper and press it lightly. Hold for 10-15 seconds and carefully remove the leaf. The second is to attach a piece of newspaper to your nail, moisten a cotton swab with alcohol and put on top of the piece for 10 seconds. The third is to dip a piece of newspaper into a cup of alcohol, and then transfer it to the nail, gently pressing down. Everything must be done carefully so that the letters are not smeared.
- Top to cover with transparent varnish, or a coating with fine sparkles or holographic.
