How to keep a diary
Rely on your memory- very risky. It happens that the date of an important event or event is simply goes out of my head, and there's nothing you can do about it. But a diary can help you remember everything and not forget about anything. Which diary is preferable to choose and how to keep it, read in this article.
Electronic diary or paper - which is better?
Each person daily faces a large number of tasks that are difficult to remember on their own, performance decreases, mood worsens. Fortunately, Italy introduced the daily planner (from the Latin “agenda”, “things to be done”) to the world in 1650. In the past, when technology was not so advanced, people had to either train their memory or write down all the important information in a paper diary. Over time, humanity switched to electronic notebooks.
If you choose between electronic and paper media, many will vote for the first, because this is a new and convenient way of planning things, which has a useful function - “reminder”. The paper diary has also not gone out of use; users consider it much more reliable, because it does not have a charge, which means it will not fail at the most inopportune moment.
If you have no experience making a daily plan or your planning was limited to a grocery list, then a paper organizer is perfect for you. It is very simple to use - remember all the plans and display them on a piece of paper. At the very beginning of working with a diary, it is necessary to draw up the most detailed plan.
The next important criterion is weight. Obviously, a paper organizer will make your bag a little heavier. But many do not consider this a big disadvantage and give their preference to notepads.
Writing by hand is useful. Your brain develops comprehensively, written information is better absorbed, clarity of thinking develops, memory is strengthened and creativity develops.
Be that as it may, it is impossible to say for sure whether a paper or electronic organizer is better. Some people enjoy making handwritten entries in a diary, while others, on the contrary, like to type. To choose your instrument, try working with both.
