When the baby starts to push
Already in the seventh week, the first movements of the embryo appear. But since it is too small, the woman does not feel it. B 16 weeks the fetus grows up to 16 cm. It moves and turns over in the amniotic fluid, like in an aquarium. If the fetus touches the wall of the uterus, its mother may feel a slight push. Primiparous women may not pay attention to this.
C 19 weeks You can already feel the movements. But everyone’s body is individual, so sometimes this process may occur a little earlier or later. Some mothers begin to feel their baby's movements only by the 25th week of pregnancy.
The baby's first kicks are uncertain and barely noticeable. But in the future they become stronger and more frequent. At 20-22 weeks, the baby can perform about 60 kicks in 30 minutes. Periodically, activity gives way to calm. It depends on the position of the mother, time of day and other factors.
On an ultrasound you can see the baby moving. Its activity is an indicator of proper development. If a woman does not feel the tremors, and the ultrasound shows fetal movements, then there is no need to worry.
From 28-30 weeks of pregnancy, tremors become periodic. The baby's activity gives way to a period of calm. The strength and pace of movements of each child is individual. If a woman completely ceases to feel her baby or the tremors are barely noticeable, then she should immediately consult a doctor.
Why does the child push
The fetus grows and over time it becomes cramped. If before this nothing prevented him from moving, now it is more difficult to do so. At the end of pregnancy, the baby becomes less active. This is due to the fact that it is already quite large.
In the womb, the baby also sleeps from time to time. As soon as he wakes up, he starts moving. He can rest during the day and be active at night. This is not a reason to worry.
The child may hiccup. In this case, the woman feels periodic tremors lasting up to 20 minutes. It is not dangerous and goes away on its own.
By 17 weeks the baby hears sounds. He may flinch from loud sounds and begin to move actively. To calm him down, lie down and play calm music.
If a child pushes a lot - what could be the reason?
Excessive activity in a child may be caused by a lack of oxygen or infection. To reassure yourself, you should consult a specialist and undergo the necessary tests. Perhaps the doctor will refer you for an unscheduled ultrasound.
A woman’s excitement, worries, and stress also affect the baby. Therefore, the expectant mother should rest more and not worry about trifles.
If a woman spends a lot of time sitting, the baby may feel uncomfortable. He begins to move, thereby indicating that it is time to change position. To make your baby feel comfortable, you need to walk more and take walks in the fresh air.
Psychologists recommend communicating with your baby more often. Talk to him, stroke his belly, read children's stories, listen to relaxing music. Then the baby will be calmer. After all, he hears everything and feels your love.
