Mix everything and leave for another half an hour, then apply to the head and hair.
  • Combine a couple of spoons of pepper tincture and one ampoule of vitamin B12. Mix and apply to scalp only. Keep on the skin for no longer than a quarter of an hour.
  • Combine vitamins B12, B2 and B6. Add them to the beaten egg yolk and pour in a large spoonful of sea buckthorn, almond and burdock oils. This mask can be safely left on your hair for an hour or more.

Vitamin B12 is no less useful for facial skin than for hair. Regular use of the substance leads to:

It is best to prepare such masks using sour milk. If the mask is being prepared for dry skin, then it is better to use cottage cheese, sour cream or natural yogurt. For oily skin types, the best option would be to use sour kefir.

  • The easiest way to achieve the effect of vitamin B12 is to apply it to the skin in its pure form and wait a quarter of an hour, then rinse. Do not forget to check the drug for the body’s reaction beforehand in order to avoid allergies.

  • Another composition is prepared based on peach oil. Knead a mask of cocoa and peach oil, taken in the amount of one small spoon. Inject one ampoule of vitamin B12, mix and apply to the skin for 20 minutes.
  • Combine 20 g of honey, the same amount of sour cream, 50 g of cottage cheese, one chicken egg, 9 drops of lemon oil, one ampoule of aloe extract and two ampoules of vitamins B6 and B12. Mix everything very well and apply to your face for about twenty minutes. The composition is washed off with cool water and there is no need to apply any cream afterwards.
