Gelatin face masks

- Before using the mask, be sure to cleanse your skin with a scrub or steam bath.

To moisturize dry skin, make a gelatin mask with added milk. It is also used for aging skin. Use the same proportions. You can add a teaspoon of loose oil or honey to the mask to enhance the nutritional effect.
For firmness and hydration, make a gelatin and glycerin mask. Pour a large spoonful of glycerin and egg white, previously beaten, into the prepared gelatin base. Keep this composition for about half an hour.
To tone the skin, mix a gelatin mask with cucumber juice. To prepare the base, dilute the gelatin with milk. Then stir in a couple of tablespoons of cucumber juice. After 40 minutes, wash off the mask.
Gelatin hair masks
For curls, gelatin is also useful. The effect is masks can be compared to the lamination procedure. Particles of gelatin envelop the hairs with a thin film, which nourishes them with protein, restoring their structure. As a result, the hair becomes voluminous, the curls are easy to style. But not all gelatin masks are suitable for dry hair. The composition of some masks can make the problem worse.
To prepare the mask, use water and gelatin in a 3: 1 ratio. Pour the gelatin over with warm water and stir well. Leave to swell for a few minutes, and then heat until all the gelatin particles are dissolved. Add a little hair balm to the slightly cooled mask. Other ingredients can be added, such as mustard, honey, egg yolk, milk, herbs. The consistency of the finished composition should resemble liquid honey.
The mask should be applied exclusively to the hair, do not touch the skin or the root part. This will help to wash off the composition more easily and will not cause itching. Cover your head with plastic wrap and a towel after application. Finally, warm up with a hair dryer for about ten minutes. And then wait 45 minutes. Rinse off the composition with warm water. Do these sessions every week, if not more often. You will soon notice the effect - curls will be much healthier, smoother and shinier, and much thicker.
Masks with gelatin can be used for different types of hair. For example, for dry hair, dissolve the gelatin with milk instead of water. You can also add a spoonful of honey to the composition. For oily and damaged curls, dilute gelatin with lemon juice and stir in a couple of spoons of shampoo. To restore the hair structure, use herbal infusion and a couple of tablespoons of shampoo instead of water. Wash off the gelatin from the curls very carefully so that they do not stick together.
