Also, for the treatment of chapped skin, it is recommended to use a cream containing 0.5% hydrocortisone, on top you can apply a cream with eucerin, i.e. natural moisturizer. There is eucerin of your choice with the addition of various components, for example, with retinol, hyaluronic acid etc.

In order to soften and moisturize the sponges you do not need to spend a lot of money, you can make excellent masks at home.

  • Natural oils of plant origin, such as coconut, almond, jojoba, olive, give the skin firmness and elasticity, enjoy excellent effect. They need to be applied in a thick layer to cleaned sponges, removing the excess with a napkin. It is best to do this at night.
  • If you have cracks on your lips, then honey will come to your aid, which will speed up the healing of wounds. Use your fingertips to apply honey as if you were driving it into your skin. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. Use candied honey to remove hardened particles. Before applying it to your lips, rub first with your fingers to warm it up a little. Then gently massage the honey into the skin with massage movements. This procedure enhances blood flow and cell regeneration.
  • Combine honey, glycerin and egg yolk to soften the skin. Mix half a tablespoon of honey with half a tablespoon of glycerin, add the yolk to the resulting mixture. Wait until the mask is dry, then rinse it off with warm water. It is recommended to use lip balm after the end of the procedure.
