The first blood group is supposedly considered the most ancient. People belonging to the first group are the hardiest and most resistant to disease. They were called "hunters". Diet for blood type 2
According to D'Adam's theory, the emergence of the second blood group was provoked by a change in the lifestyle of ancient people. When they gradually began to move from hunting to farming. This type was called "farmers". It includes a little less than forty percent of the world's population.
With the second blood group, the following meals are allowed:
- All kinds of vegetables. They are the basis of nutrition, the key to proper functioning of the intestines, saturation of the body with vitamins, and removal of toxins.
- Cereals and cereals: rice, barley, millet, etc. The only exception is those that contain high levels of protein.

- rice with stewed vegetables, boiled turkey, pineapple juice;

Diet for blood group 3
There are not so many people with the third blood group, approximately twenty percent. It arose during the period when humanity became more developed and moved from gathering to the domestication of livestock. For this reason, almost any diet will be suitable for people with this blood type.
In the third group, it is advised to adhere to a diet consisting of:
- meat: rabbit, lamb, goat, venison;
- seafood: fish, almost all except for those listed below (see “harmful foods”);
- milk, other than what is listed below;
- rice groats, oats, millet;
- vegetables: red chaff, yellow and green bell peppers, cauliflower, eggplant;
- drinking: cranberry, pineapple, grape juices, herbal and green teas;
Products that should be completely removed:
- poultry, pork, beef offal;
- seafood: octopus, mussels, eel, beluga, anchovy;
- fermented milk products: any types of cheeses;
- seeds and nuts;
- vegetables: greens, artichoke, olives, pumpkin, radish;
- all possible sauces and dressings.

At breakfast it is recommended to eat:
- rice porridge with apple, St. John's wort and mint tea;
- oatmeal, coffee;

Diet for blood group 4
The fourth blood group is the youngest and rarest. Its owners are most at risk of obesity. That is why they should choose their diet as carefully as possible. People with the fourth group suffer from low acidity of gastric juice. Therefore, meat is a harmful product for them. It can be eaten, but only those types that are easily digestible.
Since the metabolism of such people is slow, foods that negatively affect it are completely removed from the diet.

- rice porridge with prunes, tea;
- yogurt, pear, fruit drink (sea buckthorn).
