How to make masks for brittle hair
To mix medicinal compositions, only natural products are used, so such mixtures cannot be stored. They need to be prepared immediately before applying to the hair in the volume required for a single use. Even if you end up with an extra amount of mask, the rest should be thrown away. During storage, the mixture will lose all its beneficial properties.
For efficiency masks follow simple rules:
- If the mask contains oil, then there is no need to wash your strands before applying it. Masks that do not contain oil work better on clean and slightly damp hair.
- After applying the mass to the curls, be sure to use insulation. To do this, wrap your hair in film and then in a terry towel, or you can put on an old hat.
- The mixture with base oil must be left to act for an hour. For all other compositions, a half-hour exposure will be sufficient.
- If the mask contains oil, then shampoo must be used to wash it off. All other mixtures are washed off with regular warm water. Finally, the curls can be rinsed with water with vinegar or citric acid diluted in it, or use a herbal decoction for rinsing.
- It is better to dry washed hair naturally, without using a hair dryer. Wet strands do not need to be twisted; simply blot them with a towel.
The entire course of treatment for brittle curls lasts 15 masks, which are done twice a week. Then they switch to a maintenance regimen and make a mask every ten days.

After the resulting mass has cooled, it is thoroughly rubbed into the root part of the curls. Then wrap the curls with cling film and a warm scarf and leave for 35 minutes.

The chamomile decoction is mixed with the same amount of dry yeast and the yolk of one egg is added. After an hour and a half, add a large spoonful of burdock oil and three drops of grapefruit oil extract to this mixture.
