Features of Ayurveda hair masks

According to Ayurvedic teachings, each person has three constituents or doshas that determine his constitutional type:

  • Vata represents air and ether. With the predominance of this dosha, the curls become dry, become springy and dull are getting thinner. Because of this, the epidermis of the head becomes irritated, inflammation and dandruff.
  • Pitta combines fire and water. With the dominance of this dosha, a person's strands are prone to dryness, and the dermis is more oily. The main problems of hair with a predominance of Pitta dosha are hair loss and early graying. In this case, it is necessary to focus on nourishing the scalp and calming them.
  • The Kapha doshas combine earth and water. In people with a predominance of Kapha, the strands and epidermis of the head are oily, wavy curls. In this case, it is necessary to focus on refreshing and soothing the scalp.

Any person has all three doshas in different combinations. At some point in time, one of the doshas becomes agitated. In this case, it is necessary to take measures to calm down such dosha and bring the body to harmony.
