Dandruff masks
Dandruff can overtake everyone, but this does not make it easier. White flakes that fall on both shoulders and clothes do not decorate anyone and create a sloppy look. Get rid of the problem not so simple, but possible, and this can be done with folk remedies - masks.
How to use an anti-dandruff mask
To increase the effectiveness of absolutely any mask, you need to adhere to several important rules, including:
- First, you need to determine what type of dandruff yours is. There are cases when people lose hair along with dandruff, another option is when dandruff is accompanied by itching, as well as oily and dry type of dandruff. If you make directional masks, then the effect of them will be many times higher.
- If after a course of procedures you still did not manage to get rid of the problem, then seek help from a trichologist who will identify the cause of dandruff and prescribe the correct treatment.
- Do not rush from mask to mask - choose one, and do it during the course. Exceptions are cases when an allergy has appeared on the mask. To avoid this, be sure to conduct a preliminary test for a reaction of this kind.
- After using the anti-dandruff mask, refrain from walking down the street for at least an hour.
- Always warm and wrap your head with plastic and then a warm towel. The resulting bath effect is very useful in such procedures.
- The duration of the course is on average 10-12 masks with an interval of 2-3 times in 7 days. Then you need to stop manipulating for a couple of weeks and repeat if necessary. If the dandruff goes away completely, it is better to carry out sessions once a week to consolidate the result.
- Keep the masks on your hair for about 40-60 minutes, some of them should be left overnight. In this case, lay an old bedspread on the pillow, which will not be a pity on occasion.
