Home Frumusețe Masks for the skin around the eyes

The eyes are surrounded by a very thin and delicate skin, which must be taken care of from a young age. Signs of fading very soon begin to appear near the eyes - wrinkles are visible, bags and hollows appear under the eyes, the skin darkens. To delay such problems as much as possible, you need to regularly make masks, which can be prepared at home.

Regardless of which eye masks you choose, they must be performed taking into account certain requirements. Namely:

  • One of the common mistakes women make is doing eye treatments before bed. In this case, the mask may provoke  swelling the next morning   and then you will hastily have to get rid of him too. Do not apply masks or eye creams late at night. The difference between self-care and sleep should be at least an hour. It is better if you blot scraps of fabric or cotton pads in the composition prepared for the mask and apply it in this form to your eyes. The fact is that homemade masks very often manage to harden on the skin before it needs to be washed off, and you can’t rub the delicate skin. Using a mask using such auxiliary elements will avoid this.
  • If your goal is to erase existing imperfections from your face, such as wrinkles, then use aids in the form of creams and serums. Homemade cosmetics are, of course, good, but you still shouldn’t expect drastic changes from them. But for maintaining youth, this is just the thing.
  • Do not apply the prepared mixture to your eyelids in a thick layer, as this may give an unpredictable effect. Remember, a thin layer is enough for the composition to work and the thickness of the layer does not affect the effectiveness.
  • Wash and chop a bunch of parsley, pour in half a glass of boiling water. Place in a steam bath for 20 minutes, then generously soak a cotton swab in the resulting broth and place on your eyelids for 10 minutes. Then wet the cotton wool again and leave for another 10 minutes.
