It is rich in useful vitamins and minerals, can protect against viral diseases in winter, and has many more advantages. It turns out tasty and healthy jam.

Berries for jam it is necessary to take ripe, or slightly overripe. It is better not to use rotten and unripe ones.

Lemon cloudberry jam

What do you need:

  • a couple of lemons;
  • two kilograms of granulated sugar and berries.

How to cook:

  1. Sort cloudberries, rinse with water and dry.
  2. Pour berries and sugar into a large saucepan, mix gently.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits, pour it into the berries.
  4. Close the container with a lid and put it cool for 24 hours.
  5. After the allotted time, remove the container, allow the contents to warm to room temperature.
  6. Put on low heat for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Arrange the jam in sterilized jars and roll up.

Spicy recipe

What you need:

  • a couple of kilograms of berries;
  • citrus;
  • 8 glasses of granulated sugar;
  • 3 glasses of dry white guilt.

How to cook:

  1. Process the cloudberries, rinse and dry.
  2. Squeeze all the liquid from the citrus into a glass.
  3. Put the berries in a bowl, pour over lemon liquid and sprinkle with four glasses of sugar. After covering, leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  4. Remove the mixture and leave to heat.
  5. Put on the stove for 15-20 minutes until the sugar crystals dissolve.
  6. Pour alcohol, mix with berries, bring to a boil over low heat.
  7. Catch the berries and put them in clean sterilized jars.
  8. Pour another 4 glasses of sugar into the remaining liquid and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Pour the resulting syrup into jars to the berries and roll up.

What is necessary:

  • a kilogram of berries;
  • a kilogram of sugar;
  • 1.5 glasses of clean water.

How to do:

  1. Sort the berries, choosing the freshest and ripe ones, rinse with water and dry.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan and add granulated sugar, mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Bring to a boil over low heat, then cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
  4. Put the berries in a bowl and pour over the syrup.
  5. While stirring, bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes, removing scale with a slotted spoon.
  6. The last point must be repeated at least 3 times, letting the jam cool slightly.
  7. If you do not want whole berries to float in the jam, then they can be pulled out before the third boil and rubbed through a sieve, then return the mashed potatoes to the syrup.
  8. Expand the finished jam on clean jars and roll up.

What you need:

  • a couple of kilograms of granulated sugar;
  • a couple of kilograms of cloudberries;

How to do:

  1. Peel and sort the berries, not forgetting to rinse under water and dry.
  2. Prepare sweet syrup from water and granulated sugar. To do this, bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. After boiling, pour the cloudberries into the syrup. While stirring, cook for half an hour.
  4. Catch cloudberries from syrup, rub through a sieve. Return the resulting gruel to the sweet syrup.
  5. Cook over low heat for another 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Finished jam put in sterilized jars and close with lids.

Second option

What you need:

  • 4 kilograms of sugar and berries.

How to cook:

  1. Prepare the berries.
  2. Put a layer of cloudberries in a saucepan, cover with granulated sugar. Make several of these layers.
  3. Cover with a lid or towel and leave warm for 12 hours.
  4. Shake the container and place on the stove for 25 minutes on the lowest heat.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes and can be poured into clean cans.
