The summer season is already over, but preparations for the winter still in full swing. For those with a sweet tooth who love to drink tea with jam, you can offer to prepare a pear option. It can be prepared from various varieties of pears, and can also be combined with apples, plums, peaches and other various fruits.

  • a pinch of cardamom.

How to cook:

  1. Peel the fruits, if they are very ripe, then you can cook with it.
  2. Put pears in a large bowl or saucepan, sprinkle each layer with granulated sugar.
  3. On low heat, wait for the sugar grains to dissolve, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for half an hour.
  4. The future is jammed, or beat with a blender until smooth.
  5. Strain jam, then add zest and lemon juice to it.
  6. Boil a little, no more than 5 minutes.
  7. Add cardamom, cover for 10 minutes.
  8. Arrange in sterilized jars and roll up.

Jam on the water

What is necessary:

  • a couple of kilograms of pears;
  • 1.2 kg of granulated sugar;
  • litere of water.

How to do:

  1. Cut the fruits into pieces, put in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Cover and simmer over low heat until pears are soft, about 40-60 minutes.
  3. Rub the mass through a sieve, removing the skin.
  4. Put the future jam in a bowl, put on low heat and, stirring, cook for 60 minutes until the volume is reduced.
  5. When the mixture has boiled down, gradually add granulated sugar. Cook for half an hour.
  6. While hot, spread over clean jars.

Delicious jam

What do you need:

  • two kilograms of pears;
  • a kilogram of granulated sugar;
  • a quarter of a spoonful of citric acid.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the fruits into slices and pass through a meat grinder together with the peel.
  2. Put in a bowl, put on fire.
  3. Stir constantly, cook for 1.5 hours.
  4. Pour lemon, granulated sugar, if desired, you can add a bag or two vanillins.
  5. Cook for another 20 minutes. Pour into jars.

Pear and apple jam

What you need:

  • a kilogram of apples and pears;
  • 800 g granulated sugar;
  • half a spoonful of citric acid;
  • a glass of water.

How to cook:

  1. Peel the fruit from seeds and skins.
  2. Cut and put in a saucepan - first apple wedges, then pear wedges. Fill with water and cover with a lid.
  3. Simmer over low heat until the fruit is soft. It will take 30-60 minutes.
  4. Puree the mass with a blender.
  5. Cover with granulated sugar, mix and return to low heat. Stirring, cook jam hour, and a couple of minutes before ready to put lemon in it.

What you need:

  • a kilogram of pears;
  • 2 kilograms of granulated sugar and apples.

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the apples, removing the skin and seeds.
  2. Place in a saucepan, add a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer, covered with a lid until soft.
  3. Puree the apples with a blender, add granulated sugar and cook for a quarter of an hour over low heat.
  4. Peel the pears, grate and add to the applesauce. Cook for half an hour.

What you need:

  • a kilogram of pears;
  • 600 g granulated sugar;
  • 200 ml of water;
  • a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice.

How to do:

  1. Peel and chop the pears.

  3. Set the simmering mode on the multicooker for 40 minutes.
  4. Purée the mass with a blender, add granulated sugar and lemon juice.
