- margarine 100 g;

- Place sugar (simple and vanilla) in a deep-bottomed bowl and mix flour. Add milk and softened butter, break an egg into it, knead the dough. Wrap it in a bag and put it in the cold.
- Dried apricots, if they are large, are cut into several pieces.

- Go for the apples. Peel them from grains and cut them into small squares. Sprinkle a little lemon juice and mix with dried apricots.

- almond petals 5 tbsp;
- chocolate bar.

- First of all, knead the dough. Mix all the ingredients for the base and then knead. Roll up the resulting dough. You will end up with a flour ball.
- The form must be removable. Grease it with oil and place the dough in it, forming high sides. Put it in the cold.
- Beat the eggs. Add sugar to them and beat again. Gradually add semolina, cottage cheese and beat.
- The chocolate is grated and added to the resulting mass of cottage cheese.
- Remove the seeds from the apples, remove the skin, and cut into slices. Pour in the squeezed lemon juice and stir.
- Fry the almond petals in a dry frying pan.
