Cookies can be different: shortbread, butter, puff. In this article, we'll show you how you can make delicious puff pastry and cookies.

Puff pastry is always difficult. You can, of course, buy ready-made in the store. But it has its own. Full confidence that it is not stuffed with any chemicals and enhancers gives a thousand plus to the taste.

To prepare yeast-free puff pastry, you will need:

  • margarine 800 g;
  • two eggs;
  • tsp salt;
  • vinegar 2 tablespoons (five percent);
  • water

Preparation:

  1. Place all food in the refrigerator to keep it cool and cold. Margarine is best frozen for convenience.
  2. Once everything has cooled, remove food from the refrigerator. Prepare your work surface.
  3. Pour the flour onto the table.
  4. Grate margarine on a coarse grater, periodically sprinkling it with flour. Mix gently.
  5. Break two eggs into a deep container, add vinegar, salt. Then pour in another four hundred milliliters of water. Stir.
  6. Pour the resulting water into the flour and margarine, stirring gently.
  7. Do not knead the dough too much. Collect it in a lump, divide it into two identical parts. Wrap each in plastic wrap (cellophane) and refrigerate for two hours.

The dough is ready. How to fill it and how to use it depends on your desire.

For cooking you will need:

  • flour a pound;
  • butter (margarine) 400 g;
  • milk 300 ml;
  • yeast packaging (dry 11g);
  • tbsp sugar;
  • tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to prepare the dough. For this, a spoonful of sugar is added to one hundred milliliters of milk. Preheat the milk. Stir and add yeast. Mix again, cover and put in a warm place for ten minutes. This should be enough for the yeast to come up. There is a little trick, you can just heat the milk a little in the microwave so as not to wait.
  2. Add a glass of flour to the milk. For a more airy dough, sift beforehand. Stir and leave in a warm place for an hour. After a while, you will see how the dough has risen.

  4. The next step is to gradually add flour, stirring constantly.
  5. Then add fifty grams of butter (margarine) to the mixed dough.
  6. Now it's time to knead the dough. This is done for at least ten minutes. It should turn out smooth, elastic and not in any way stick to your hands.
  7. Form the dough into a lump, place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  8. Take butter (margarine), it should be soft, but not too soft. Transfer it to parchment, cover with another sheet, and roll it out. Place it in the refrigerator and remove it ten minutes before using the dough.
  9. Prepare your work surface by dusting it with flour. Remove the dough and place on top of it.
  10. On the resulting coma, make a cruciform incision a couple of centimeters deep and pull the ends out to the sides to form a square. Sprinkle it with flour and roll it out. The thickness is one centimeter.
  11. Now it's time for the oil reservoir. Place it on the far side, leaving a few centimeters from the edge. For the third part, cover it with the side of the dough closest to you. Shake off excess flour and fold the free edge over the folded edge.

  14. After a while, take out the dough, if it came up in the refrigerator, do not be alarmed, it should be so. Then roll it out again to a centimeter, fold it in three layers and re-roll it. After these simple procedures, roll the dough and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

To prepare puff ears you will need:

  • yeast-free puff pastry 300 g;
  • walnuts 200 g;
  • protein 1 pc;
  • honey, sugar to taste.

Preparation:

  1. The nuts are ground with a blender or coffee grinder. Sugar, egg white are added to them, everything is mixed.
  2. The dough is rolled into a square and the nut filling is distributed over it.

Preparation:
