If you are baking something delicious for your child, ask him to help decorate a cake or any other pastry. You can turn the cooking process into a game. The most important thing is that you all do it together and the result will be common, which means doubly tastier.
Bun in sugar
The most simple dish. Easy to prepare and very suitable for small children and not only. They will also appeal to those who do not like anything extra and also avoid different tastes. After all, most often children, especially under three years of age, prefer separate meals. Among other things, these buns are good for storage.
To prepare buns in sugar you need:
- packet of instant yeast (11 g);
- 250 ml milk;
- 200 g sugar;
- 100 ml vegetable oil;
- a bag of vanilla sugar (10 g);
- a pinch of salt;
- premium flour 450 g;
- 1 egg.

The dish is prepared as follows:
- Milk is heated on gas or in the microwave, slightly. It should be warm, but not hot.
- A packet of yeast and sugar, two tablespoons, are added to the milk. Mix well and leave for about ten minutes. For the yeast to rise.
- Sift the flour, add to it: three tablespoons of sugar, 50 ml of butter, vanilla sugar, salt.
- Pour the milk and yeast into the flour and stir. You should have a tight and soft dough.
- Place it in a deep bowl, cover with a lid and place in a warm place for about an hour. During this time it will rise well.
- When the dough is ready, place it on a pre-floured countertop. Form the dough into a thick sausage and cut it into pieces. The size of the bun will depend on their number.
- The pieces are rolled out into a plate. The number of layers in the bun depends on its thickness. The layer is greased with oil and sprinkled with sugar, at your discretion.
- Roll the dough into a tube and fold it in half with the seam facing inward. Fasten the ends and make a cut at the top, but not too much.
- Then carefully unfold the cut ends, you will get a heart-shaped bun.
- Such manipulations are done with all dough plates. Brush the top of the finished hearts with egg.
- Place them on a baking sheet (you can either cover it with parchment paper or simply grease it with butter). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for thirty to forty minutes.

Pie “Apple with cottage cheese”

To bake a pie, you need:
- premium flour 250 g;
- 250 g sugar;
- a pack of baking powder (11 g);
- half a kilo of cottage cheese (preferably thicker);
- 1 egg;
- 100 g butter;
- 1 large apple (it is better to take a sweet pear or Moscow apple).

Preparation proceeds as follows:
- Prepare a deep bowl. Mix in it: flour, sugar, baking powder. Set aside three tablespoons in a separate bowl.
- Cut the apple in half and core it. Cut it into halves of rings and, if possible, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Grease the baking dish generously with oil. Pour half the mixture onto it.
- Beat the egg and cottage cheese; if you don’t have a blender, you can simply mix with a fork. Spread it over the flour mixture in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the cottage cheese with the remaining flour mixture.
- Cut the butter (80 g) into small pieces and place on top of the flour.
- Place apple slices in the next layer.
- To the three spoons of mixture that you set aside, add twenty grams of butter and make crumbs with your hands. Sprinkle it over the apples.
- Bake the pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for forty minutes.

Baking without sugar
Alas, it happens that not everyone can use sugar, or in such quantities, but it is impossible to bake anything. In such cases, it is replaced with a product of natural origin - honey. Or you can cook something hearty, meat or vegetable.
Homemade pizza
Everyone loves this dish. It’s rare that a child will refuse a piece of delicious, hot pizza with a thick layer of gooey cheese.
To bake pizza you will need the following ingredients.
For the test:
- premium flour 2 cups;
- 3 eggs (1 for the dough, 2 for filling);
- packet of instant yeast (11 g);
- tsp salt;
- tsp Sahara;
- a glass of water;
- tsp vegetable oil.
For the filling:
- sweet bell pepper 1 pc;
- ham 200 g;
- onion 1 piece;
- mushrooms 100 g;
- mayonnaise;
- ketchup;
- hard cheese 150 g.

Pizza is prepared as follows:
- Do the dough first. Heat half a glass of water in the microwave until warm, add a teaspoon of sugar and a packet of yeast. Leave for ten minutes.
- Pour half a glass of water into a deep bowl. Add a teaspoon of salt, vegetable oil, and pour in the appropriate yeast. Stir.
- Pour flour into a bowl and knead the dough. Cover it with a lid and leave for thirty minutes in a warm place.
- While the dough is rising, start filling. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the ham into strips (or something else, to taste). Mushrooms are cut into large pieces and fried in a frying pan. Pepper is cut into strips. The cheese is grated on a grater, preferably on a fine grater, so that the layer is more voluminous.
- Once the dough has risen, knead it again, but on the countertop sprinkled with flour. Roll out the dough. Adjust the thickness as you like. But remember that during baking, the dough will still rise.
- Prepare a baking sheet, grease it with oil and place the rolled out dough on it, trim off the excess with a knife.
- Now put a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and ketchup on it and spread evenly over the dough.
- Then place the ingredients for the filling in the order you like and sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.
- Pizza is baked in the oven at 200 degrees for twenty to thirty minutes.
Curd pie
This wonderful dessert is tasty and healthy, great for breakfast. To prepare the pie you will need:
- half a kilo of cottage cheese (fat content not less than 18%);
- wheat flakes 100 g;
- raisins 30 g;
- 2 eggs;
- milk 50 ml;
- butter 35 g;
- walnuts 50 g;
- honey 4 tbsp..

Preparation proceeds as follows:
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat with a blender. Add honey, cereal, eggs, milk to it. Stir.
- Using a blender, grind the nuts. If you don't have one, mash them with a masher. Add them to the dough, add raisins there too.

- flour 2 cups;

Preparation:
- The first step is to prepare a baking sheet. Grease it with butter.
- Freeze the margarine and grate it.
- Add flour, sugar, and a little vanilla to it. Stir.
- Pour half of the dough into the mold, top with jam and berries, and cover with the remaining flour.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for twenty minutes.
Breadsticks

To prepare the sticks you will need:
- water 50 ml;
- instant yeast tsp;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- tsp Sahara;
- 200 g ham;
- flour 1 cup;
- 200 g cheese.

Preparation:

- Stir yeast in warm water.

- muesli 3 tablespoons.
