It so happened that in almost any home and family, children indulge in all possible candies and sweets. This is certainly not bad, but not entirely good either. It is very important to know and maintain moderation here. It is not completely and completely necessary to exclude sweets or, say, French fries (fast food) from a child’s diet, and it is not worth it. After all, if a child wants, he will still find a way to enjoy the forbidden fruit, only in uncontrollable quantities. Therefore, you should not strictly limit the child, you just need to control him a little and push him in the right direction. After all, healthy food can also be tasty and attractive.

So, let’s take a closer look at which foods are the most useful and vital for a child:

  • Milk. It can be called the basis of nutrition for both a baby and an adult child. It contains: calcium, vitamin D, protein. It is these components that help the body grow and develop. The presence of milk and dairy products in a child’s diet is the key to strong bones and good digestion (especially when consuming fermented milk products).
  • Pumpkin. The product is a garden product and not very attractive to a child, but very useful. After all, it is pumpkin that helps remove all waste and toxins from the body and cleanse it. Among other things, it is enriched with fiber and is one of the first products introduced into complementary foods.
  • Apples. This includes fiber, iron, and many other vitamins. Apples are essential in a child’s diet. They also normalize intestinal function.
  • Pomegranate. This fruit is not exotic, but it does not grow everywhere and does not ripen all year round. But despite this, it is quite common and useful. It perfectly helps to raise hemoglobin and maintain it at the desired level without the use of drugs.
  • Citrus. This type of fruit is one of the healthiest, but there is a small catch. It very often happens that children an allergic reaction (diathesis) occurs. In such cases, the product is either completely excluded from consumption or limited to certain types. Citrus fruits are high in vitamin C, keratin, and organic acid. They are an excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-cold remedy.
  • Exotic fruit kiwi. It is a universal health product, because just one fruit contains the daily requirement of all essential vitamins. Among other things, kiwi is hypoallergenic. srcImage-1

  • Butter contains vitamins D, E, A. Just six grams are enough to fill the daily requirement. These vitamins help maintain immunity and protect the child's body from germs.

It happens that a child does not have a good appetite, which is called a small child. And no matter how you turn around and what you offer him, he will still either eat, but little, or not eat at all. In such cases, one should proceed from the reason. It could be some kind of disease, nervous disorder or something similar.

If your child doesn’t eat well, you shouldn’t force food into him or manipulate him (like eat this and get that). Such treatment can lead to complications and intestinal diseases.

Be patient, be attentive and caring as never before, and just follow a few tips:

  • Highlight foods in your child’s diet that he completely refuses, and eliminate them completely. After a short time, when the product is no longer an eyesore, return it back. If this time the child refuses to eat, all that remains is to accept it and try to replace it with something similar.
  • Food should evoke positive emotions in the child. Try to decorate and serve food beautifully. During the eating process, try not to jerk the child, but give him more independence. It doesn't matter if you get dirty, you'll wipe it off. I dropped something, it’s not a big deal either, I’ll clean it up. The main thing is that the child finds it interesting.
  • Try to have your child eat with you. This way he will quickly learn how to use equipment.  Looking at adults, the baby will also want to, if not eat, then at least try something healthy, but unsightly.
  • Make sure that the child does not snack on anything before eating; in other words, he is hungry. Since if he intercepts something ten to fifteen minutes before eating, you are unlikely to be able to feed him.
