The most effective way to prevent stretch marks is to use jojoba oil, flax oil, coconut, almonds, olives and some others. The constant use of these products significantly enhances the skin's elasticity and firmness. But you should not use sea buckthorn oil to prevent stretch marks, as it dries out the skin.

In its pure form, it is little applied to damp and steamed skin, for example, after taking a bath or shower. You do not need to rub in the product, just lubricate the skin for five or seven minutes. Then the remaining oil is removed with a napkin, without rubbing, but blotting the skin at the same time.

You can make a mixture of base oil and essential oil. This will increase the effectiveness of the procedure. As a base or base oil, you can take avocado or jojoba, macadamia, or wheat germ oil. A few drops of essential oil are added to the base oil. Due to its high concentration, the essential oil in its natural form cannot be used - it can cause burns. Most often, a few drops of citrus, lavender, rose, jasmine or neroli oil are added.

Prevention of stretch marks

In addition to oils to prevent the formation of stretch marks, it is important to follow a few simple rules:

  • To begin with, try to avoid abrupt changes. weights... It is harmful not only to your skin, but also to the body as a whole.
  • Stick to the principles of good nutrition so that your skin receives the nutrients it needs.
  • Reduce the amount of flour and sugary foods, focus on vegetable mixes, seafood and fruits.
  • It is good for skin tone to do a few exercises a day and walk more outdoors.
  • Constantly massage problematic parts of the body where stretch marks can form. This can be done with a shower head. Or immediately after showering with creams and oils.
  • Lubricate your skin regularly with cream or gel.
