What is laundry soap made of?

In some cases, to increase the cleaning properties, the resulting adhesive soap is treated with table salt. This increases the percentage of fat in the finished product. There are 3 types of laundry soap on sale:

- 69% fat.
- 64% fat.
The cleaning power is higher for soaps with a high fat content.

Note that there is no consensus among experts on this issue. Among trichologists, there are both adherents of laundry soap and its opponents. The latter believe that laundry soap should not be used to cleanse the hair. Among its ingredients there is a lot of alkali, which destroys the protective film of the skin and causes excessive dryness of the curls. This leads to a violation of the structure of the hairs, the appearance dandruff and to irritation of the dermis.

The foam from this natural product is also not efficiently washed out and is able to remain on the dishes. It is problematic to wash dishes and pans with laundry soap if the water in your area is hard.
To facilitate the task of washing dishes with soap, it is recommended to first remove food and grease residues from plates and pans with paper towels. This will prevent the pipes from clogging up with solidified grease. To prevent streaks or stains on the dishes, pour a little soda into the washing water and wash the dishes in a large container, and not under running water. Upon completion of the process, it is imperative to rinse all washed utensils with running warm water.
Laundry soap can be used to make it easier to clean burnt food residues. To do this, shavings of laundry soap and water should be poured into the dishes where food is burnt at the bottom. You will get an effective cleaning agent that can deal with stubborn stains.
You can wash root crops and chicken eggs with a soapy solution made from shavings of laundry soap. Potatoes, carrots and beets are subjected to this processing. After that, the vegetables must be thoroughly rinsed with running water.
