Be sure to warm your hands before starting the procedure. Otherwise, the cold will command the blood vessels to shrink. And this can be very harmful. Therefore, hot water or rubbing movements of the palms against each other will help quickly warm your hands.
Next, we proceed to the gradual warming up of the legs. Movements should be smooth, not strong, from bottom to top. 2-3 minutes are given for each leg. Next, we proceed to active actions: tingling, patting and rubbing. You can complete the procedure with a light stroking.
Important: the joints are not massaged. All movements are directed strictly clockwise.
If you don't have a personal massage therapist, you can do the procedure yourself. The main thing is to buy a massage ball. It is inexpensive and brings maximum benefits. The ball is covered with special non-sharp spines that massage the lymph well. Thus, congestion in the veins is eliminated and excess volume is removed.
Foot massage
With massage stop, too, everything is simple. First, stretch your fingers. Each finger is worked out separately from the pad to the base. Then twist clockwise and counterclockwise.
Next, we proceed to the foot itself. The movements begin from the heel to the toes - if the person is lying on his stomach, and vice versa - if on his back. - pebbles from the sea or river;
- ball with non-sharp spikes.

Ball exercises can be done while sitting. Place it under your foot and roll it forward, backward and right, left. It also relieves fatigue well and helps fight edema.
