Soap Ingredients
A big plus of making your own soap is that you choose the ingredients you need. Knowing what type of skin you have, what is allergic to, what vitamins are lacking, you choose what you need and combine in the composition. In addition, in this case, there is one hundred percent confidence that there are no harmful impurities or chemical additives in it.
For any liquid soap, you will definitely need:
- decoction of herbs;
- glycerol;
- essential oils;
- natural ingredients (honey; propolis, etc.);
- lump soap, glycerin;
- food coloring (optional, optional);
- water.
Soap recipes
Simple soap for every day
For cooking you will need:
- baby soap 1 piece (can be replaced with soap residues in equal amounts, if any);
- 1 tbsp honey;
- glycerin tbsp;
- essential lavender oil (if not, you can replace it with any one available to your taste);
- steep boiling water 200 ml;
- cold water 200 ml.
Preparation:
- The soap is rubbed with a grater and poured into a deep container, filled with a glass of boiling water.
- The resulting mixture is whipped with a blender.
- The remaining ingredients (oils, honey, glycerin) are added to the whipped soap and once again everything is mixed using a blender.
- After the soap has been mixed, let it cool for twenty minutes. Now dilute the whole thing with cold water and stir again.
The soap is ready. Now pour it into a container with a dispenser and start using it.
For dishes
For cooking you will need:
- laundry soap 1 piece;
- water 1 glass;
- mustard powder package (50 g);
- coffee 50 g (natural, ground);
- soda 120 g;
- vinegar 1/2 tsp;
- glycerin 15 ml.
Preparation:
- Laundry soap must be grated and put in a deep bowl.
- Then add vinegar and glycerin there.
- Warm up the water, pour it into a bowl, stir. Leave it on for a few hours to dissolve the soap.
- Stir after the time has elapsed. Add baking soda and stir again.
- Then add mustard, coffee - mix, best with a blender.
- Pour enough water into the resulting mass so that the consistency of the soap suits you.
The soap is ready. It will do a great job with grease and other dirt. Great for cleaning windows.
Shake the bottle before using it.
Facial wash
For cooking you will need:
- soap base 30 g;
- powdered milk tsp;
- honey tsp;
- castor oil 5 ml;
- macadamia oil 5 ml;
- citrus essential oil;
- water.
Preparation:
- Powdered milk dissolves in a tablespoon of warm water (it is better to use boiled water).
- Part of the soap base is added to the milk, oils, honey. Everything gets mixed up.
- Pour the resulting soap into a bottle, add a few drops of essential oil and the remaining soap base. Close the bottle and shake well. Store in the refrigerator.
The soap is ready. It has a shelf life of no more than two weeks.
Cold liquid soap
You will need:
- a piece of solid baby (glycerin) soap without perfume;
- distilled water 300 ml;
- almond oil 30 ml;
- essential oil of your choice 20 drops.
Preparation:
- The soap is rubbed on a grater, transferred to a deep dish.
- Water and oils are added to the soap.
- The resulting mixture is beaten well with a blender.
The soap is ready to use.
