1. Along the edge of the skirt at the same distance of 0.5-1 cm, make small holes with a thick needle. 2. Pull the loop to the right side with a crochet hook.
3. Work 2 single crochets into one hole.
4. Stitch 1 and 3 single crochets into the next hole.
5. Repeat step # 4 all over the hem of the skirt.
6. If the hem of the skirt is asymmetrical and has right angles, then after tying to the corner, make 3 air loops instead of one and knit 3 more single crochets into the same hole.
