After cleaning, be sure to rinse the inside of the oven thoroughly so that your cooked food does not have a chemical smell later. Also leave the windows open to get rid of the chemical odor gas produced when cleaning this method.
If you don’t want to use chemicals, no problem. There are several methods proven many years ago:
- Great cleanses oven walls lemon juice. Fill a metal cup with water and add lemon slices to the container. Now pour in a little dishwashing detergent. Place the cup in the oven and time it for thirty minutes. As a result of this treatment, all contaminants will easily come off.

How to clean the oven from grease and carbon deposits
Regular baking soda works great for removing grease deposits on the inner surface of the oven. How to use it:
- Sprinkle baking soda onto the plaque-covered area.
- Moisten the baking soda using a spray bottle.
- Wait about half an hour.
- Wipe the area to be cleaned with a cloth soaked in water.
Another method is suitable for cleaning ovens with an enamel surface. It will remove fat without damaging sensitive enamel. Mix 25 g of laundry soap diluted in warm water, 40 g of regular soda and 100 ml of vinegar. Apply the resulting mixture onto the surface of the oven and let it sit for a couple of hours. Then simply remove any remaining dirt with a regular wet sponge.
The following method is suitable for cleansing even the most neglected and dirty oven surface. It is based on the interaction of soda and acetic acid. First, wipe all the walls of the oven with a cloth that you have previously soaked in vinegar. After this, pour baking soda onto the damp surface. Sprinkling baking soda powder on the sides and top of the oven will not work. So just press the powder against the side wall to make it stick. Leave the oven like this for two hours. During this time, the greasy deposit will soften and can be removed with a damp sponge or cloth.
But it is better not to let the oven become extremely dirty. Clean your assistant at least once a month, then the greasy layer will accumulate small and the cleaning process will not take much time.
