How to make a marble manicure with varnish

You can make this manicure with regular polishes. The simplest option is to purchase a special varnish that you simply need to apply to your nails and dry. In such bottles you can immediately tell that this is marble varnish, most often consisting of two shades that do not mix with each other.

There are also varnishes called craquelure. The effect of this varnish coating is also very reminiscent of marble. It is necessary to apply a base underneath, dry it, and then apply a layer of cracking varnish. You can fix it with a simple clear varnish.
To make marble nails from simple polishes, you will need a little time and imagination. There are several techniques. Naturally, before painting the nail plates, you need to get a manicure, what it will be like - edged, not edged, combined– it’s up to you to decide. But you need to remove the old coating, remove cuticle, trim and file the nails.

The first option is to apply a base clear coat and let it dry. It should be noted right away that varnishes for marble need to be selected according to thickness; the thicker, the better the pattern will lie. Apply the base color of the varnish and dry slightly. Now take a different shade of coating, drop it on the nail and use a thin needle to start drawing colored veins. Only your imagination works here. For the best effect, cover your nails with a layer of clear varnish. The second option is called water, you will have to spend a little more time with it. It is better to choose the colors of varnishes in advance; these can be bright shades, gentle, or light and gray. But to get closer to real marble, it is better to take shades of turquoise, blue, gray, light blue, black and white.

As in the first option, a clear varnish is applied first, followed by the main one, and it all dries. Take a small container and fill it with clean water, preferably at room temperature. Pour a little varnish of any shade into the water, and drop a slightly darker color on top. Make intensive streaks using a needle or toothpick. It is desirable that the pattern be more like marble. Now carefully lower the nail, keeping it parallel to the surface of the water. A film of patterned varnish will remain on it; you can remove your finger and wait until the film dries.

Since this procedure covers not only the nails with varnish, but also the skin of the fingers, it is better to first lubricate them with a rich cream, and then simply remove the remaining varnish with a cotton swab. To make your manicure last longer, you should cover each nail with a clear, fixing varnish. By the way, such a film can be applied directly to nails, without applying the main color coating.

How to make a marble manicure with gel polish

Such fashionable decor can be made not only with varnish, but also with the help of gel polishes. To do this you need: 10 pieces of cling film, a couple of gel polishes of different shades, a base, a topcoat and a lamp for drying.

• As always, before any coating, you first need to treat your fingers and nails.
• Apply base coat, dry with lamp.
• Now cover all the nails with the main colored gel polish, in one or two layers, depending on its density, and dry.
• The second color will depend on the first; it should be a little darker or lighter than the base. It is applied in a layer, after which cling film is used. It needs to be crumpled and pressed against the nail once or twice. You will get streaks, dry your nails.
• Apply the finishing coat, which also needs to be dried with a lamp.

Another option for marble using gel polish, it is similar to the first option, which is done with regular varnishes. Only instead of a needle you need a thin brush to blend the colored droplets and draw the veins. In this decor you can add silver-colored veins, or gold using foil.
