Getting your body in order is a rather complex process that should be approached comprehensively. Many people solve problems with their waist, buttocks and thighs. But don't forget about your back. A beautiful figure and clear contours of your back will give your body even more sexuality and femininity. But how to put it in order without pumping up the muscles? Let's start with special exercises that need to be performed regularly.

First, pay attention to the general recommendations. You need to exercise regularly, at least 3-4 times a week. The duration of the workout should be at least 30 minutes. To achieve quick results, alternate aerobic, strength and static exercises. Start training with one approach of 15-20 times of each exercise, then increase the load.  Make sure that during training the back was in the correct position and received the appropriate load. Be sure to warm up before class and stretch after. This will help warm up the body and stretch the muscles. Now we present several exercises directly from the main complex. So, for losing weight in the back area, the following activities are quite effective:

  • Classic plank. Lying on your stomach, raise your body using your elbows and toes. Make sure your back is straight and your elbows are directly under your shoulders. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then relax and after a while do another approach.
  • Jumping is suitable as an aerobic exercise; additionally, swing your arms.
  • The next exercise is strength training, so have your weights ready. Choose a weight that suits your physical fitness. Stand up straight, slightly tilt your body forward, straight back, stretch your arms forward at an angle of 45 degrees, alternately move them back, bringing your shoulder blades together. You need to perform the exercise like this: 25 times at a slow pace, 30 at an accelerated pace and again 25 at a slow pace.
  • We return to the bar. Now perform the exercise from a lying position on your side. Lift your body up, resting on the elbow of one hand and your toes. Raise your free hand vertically on the floor and make turns, moving it under your body from below.

  • Get back to aerobic exercise. This exercise is a little more difficult, perform it at the fastest pace for you, while keeping your back straight. Athletes call this activity “climbing.” Take a push-up position with your arms outstretched and imitate running. If you want to make the exercise more difficult, move your legs closer to your body or try to reach them towards the opposite shoulder.
  • The “deadlift” helps to achieve a good result. Stand up straight with weights in your hands, feet together or slightly apart. Bend forward with a straight back, try to look in front of you all the time. Then slowly rise back up.
  • Here's another back exercise. Lying on your stomach, first lift your body several times, with your arms extended forward, then your legs, complete the workout by simultaneously lifting your upper and lower body.

We have listed some of the most effective workouts that will help you get rid of excess back fat. But you won’t be able to achieve the desired result with exercise alone. The most important thing is food. Review your diet, exclude flour, sweet and salty foods. If you still can’t do without sweets, then at least try to replace them with marshmallows or marmalade, and eat them only in the first half of the day. It is advisable to leave protein foods (meat, fish, poultry, and seafood) for the evening.

Try to drink more clean water. It will help rid the body of toxins that are formed as a result of the decomposition of fat deposits.
