As for the level of salaries, the following professions are considered the highest paid in Russia:

These specialists will always be ahead of most compatriots in terms of earnings. However, such work is not available to everyone. As for the regular labor market, first of all, people pay attention to how in demand a particular profession is.

The demand for a particular profession depends on various factors: the development of a specific industry, region, number and qualifications of specialists. For example, one of the most in demand professions is a lawyer. Of course, there are a huge number of people with such a specialty in the country, but only professionals can dictate their terms to any employer.
In addition, the most prestigious professions this year include business consultants, doctors (especially dentists), PR and advertising specialists, and engineers. 
The latter, according to labor market experts, will be in demand for at least another ten years. This is due to the fact that for a long time, due to a drop in production rates, there was an oversupply of such specialists, and their training in universities practically ceased. However, now the situation has changed, studying to become an engineer has become quite prestigious and fashionable.
In addition, the situation with environmental pollution leaves much to be desired and it is unlikely that anything will change in the near future. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to the profession of ecologist. In addition, such specialists are trained in limited quantities, so they will always be in price. 
Professions such as accountant, economist, and credit manager continue to be in demand. If for some reason it is not possible to obtain a higher education, you can pay attention to such specialties as pastry chef, hairdresser, mechanic, welder, and installer. With such a profession, you will never be left without a piece of bread.
When choosing a profession, you need to pay attention not only to how much income it brings today. Try to evaluate the prospects, find out what forecasts analysts make for the future. And, of course, listen to the voice of your heart. Anyone who does what they love will definitely achieve success!
