Home Beauty The best alternative to creams

To provide your face with quality care, you don’t have to buy expensive creams. After all, there are available means that can do this just as well. We are talking about natural vegetable oils and fermented milk products. Their use in home cosmetics can solve many skin problems.

Oils instead of cream

Most of the ready-made cosmetic products are significantly inferior to natural oil extracts in their composition, quality and quality of action. Natural oils do not contain any synthetic additives that can cause allergic reactions, unlike industrially produced cosmetics.

Natural oils can be used in skin care:

  • As a replacement for night cream.
  • As a cleanser and makeup remover.
  • During prolonged exposure to the sun, as a means of protection from ultraviolet radiation.
  • To enhance the effect of caring cosmetics.
  • As a component of homemade masks.

At the same time, natural oil can only be added to high-quality cosmetics, since due to its high penetrating ability, the components of the oil can deliver other ingredients of the cosmetic product into the deeper layers. If the product is of poor quality, harmful substances may penetrate the skin.

As a cleanser, natural oil is applied after steaming the skin. In this case, it is necessary to use a product that suits your skin type. The face is massaged a little, and then the remaining oil is removed with a cotton pad moistened with warm water. The skin is rinsed with cool water and blotted with a towel.

If a woman’s skin is prone to dryness, then she needs natural oils to protect against the premature appearance of wrinkles, a feeling of tightness and irritation. For such skin, apricot oil, from sesame, avocado, soy or borage, is suitable.

For oily epidermis, nut oils are more suitable. They have excellent astringent properties and contain a lot of vegetable protein. As a result of their use, the skin receives nutrients and is also cleansed of sebum. In addition to nut oils, you can use mustard, rapeseed and corn oils.

For combination epidermis, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and olive oil are suitable. In this case, it is allowed to use different oils to care for different areas of the face.

Milk for face

Milk and products made from it can be used as a skin care product for skin of any type and age. At the same time, products with a high oil content are more suitable for dry skin, and for those prone to oiliness, it is necessary to use more acidic options.
