Using dandelion tincture

The fact is that dandelion root contains a lot of a substance called inulin polysaccharide. And it is capable of lowering blood sugar well. Another substance, taraxacin, helps the production of gastric juice and bile excretion. Taraxacin also does an excellent job of cleansing the body of toxins and can be used as a laxative.
Dandelion root tincture can not only treat diseases, but also strengthen the immune system. Tincture on the roots, leaves, and flowers of dandelion help cleanse the blood, lymph, and are used to treat joints as a sedative.
Nowadays, there are many medications based on dandelion tincture with different spectrum of action. Medicines for weight loss and medicines for people suffering from high stomach acidity are made from it.

Dandelion tincture with vodka
First option
To prepare dandelion tincture you will need:
- dandelion root 100 g;
- vodka 1 l;
Preparation:
- To prepare the tincture, wash the dandelion root to remove any dirt. Let it dry a little.
- Pour a liter of vodka over the root and leave to infuse in a dark place (cool) for two to two and a half weeks.
- Stir once every four days.
This tincture is drunk several times a day, twenty-five drops a few hours before meals. The tincture perfectly helps to cope with stomach and digestion problems. It can also be used as a facial cleanser.
Second option
To prepare you will need:
- dandelion flowers (their number depends on the container in which you will make the tincture; they should cover it exactly halfway);
- vodka.
Preparation:
- Dandelion flowers must be cleaned of midges, bugs and other insects. Wash them, squeeze them out, and let them dry a little.
- Place them in a prepared glass container and fill with vodka to the brim. Cover with a lid, now the dandelions can infuse for three weeks.
- Strain the finished tincture through cheesecloth or a fine sieve.
Tincture from the dandelion flower is used only as a rub or rub. But under no circumstances should you go inside. It is used to make lotions and compresses for bruises, abrasions, and joint diseases.
Option three
To prepare you will need:
- young dandelion leaves 200 g;
- vodka 1 l.
Preparation:
- For the tincture to be effective, the leaves must be collected correctly. This is done even before the flowers appear, when only the young leaves have grown a little.
- The leaves are washed, dried and placed in a glass container. It is best to use a simple three-liter jar.
- The leaves are filled with vodka. The jar is closed and stored in a dark, cool place for two weeks.
- Once the tincture is ready, it must be strained and poured into suitable containers.
The tincture of dandelion leaves can be stored for no more than two years. Drink twenty drops several times a day a few hours before meals.
Dandelion tincture for joints
Most often used to treat joints dandelion tincture on triple cologne. This is the most popular remedy in folk medicine. - Leave to infuse in a dark place for two weeks.
- After the tincture is ready, strain it.
This tincture is stored in the refrigerator. Used exclusively for compresses and rubbing.
