In order for meditation to give the desired result, it is advisable to observe certain conditions:
- it is necessary to engage in meditation alone or together with other meditators;
- you need to find the most comfortable position for yourself in which you can relax all the muscles of the body;
- it is necessary to fully concentrate on the process, for which to exclude extraneous noises, while not forgetting to turn off the phone;
- Meditation will be more effective if you hear soothing music or sounds of nature during it.
A meditation session is as follows: you need to sit or lie down in a comfortable position in which you can completely relax, then you need to plunge into a state of complete relaxation with the help of slow and deep breathing. To distract yourself from extraneous thoughts, you can count your exhalations from 1 to 10 for some time.
With daily meditation sessions, an improvement in emotional well-being will quickly become noticeable.
Yoga for the soul 
Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and fatigue. In fact, each person can recover and heal himself, this is given to him by nature. However, these processes do not work due to constant nerve strain. Doing yoga, psychological and energetic blockages are released, which leads to a decrease in tension and anxiety in the body.
Yoga consists of a combination of exercises and meditation. It is better to start classes with the lightest exercises that can be performed separately.
It is necessary to take the pose of an infant, i.e. bend forward, sitting on your heels, lower your stomach to your feet, your forehead should touch the floor, your hands lie at ease along the body or raised up above your head. In this position, you need to try to relax as much as possible and start breathing in your stomach. This exercise is recommended to be done 3-4 times a day for several minutes.
Aromatherapy oils 
Aromatherapy is an excellent way to calm the nerves. But you need to know that aromatic oils cannot be used randomly, they must be used regularly and for a long time.

Fragrant baths 
The best way to relieve stress accumulated throughout the day is with a soothing bath with your favorite essential oil scent. To get the most out of a relaxing bath, there are some subtleties to consider. It is advisable to take a bath at least 2 hours after eating, it is better to do this before bedtime so that the body rebuilds from the daily rhythm to a calm night. Relaxing water treatments are not recommended more than 3 times a week, otherwise the skin may become dry and irritated.
It should be noted that all essential oils have different purposes:
- valerian - excellently helps with insomnia;
- patchouli - refreshes and soothes, relieves nervous tension;
- neroli - recommended for depressed people;
- sandalwood - has a calming effect and increases the tone of the cardiovascular system;
- lemon balm - refreshes, soothes, and also cures pulmonary diseases;
- pink is one of the best natural antidepressants;
- lavender - ideal for stressful situations, it also treats muscle aches.
To get rid of nervous disorders, first of all, you need to find their cause and eliminate it, otherwise all actions aimed at calming down will not bring the desired effect.
