Refreshing mask recipes
There are many recipes for skin freshening masks, which also provide additional beneficial effects. For example, for aging skin, it is useful to make a refreshing lifting mask. For such a composition, medium-sized fresh cucumber... Then a teaspoon of gelatin is poured with water and left to swell for a few minutes. Both ingredients are mixed and placed in a cool place for half an hour, after which they are applied to the skin for 20 minutes.
Another recipe to help cope with age-related changes is also easy to prepare. First, pour 2 small spoons of gelatin with 4 large spoons of water and leave to swell. Then 4 large tablespoons of glycerin and 1 small spoon of honey are heated and introduced. The product is applied warm and kept for no more than half an hour.
To relieve signs of fatigue and stress, use another recipe: mix 2 large tablespoons of sour cream, 1 large spoonful of finely chopped parsley and a small spoonful of lemon juice. Instead of sour cream for oily skin, kefir or yogurt is suitable. The mask is applied for 20 minutes.
A refreshing mask with medicinal herbs will be useful for dry dermis: mix mint herb, chamomile flowers and rose petals in a small spoon, pour half a glass of boiling water and allow to cool. Then filter, mix with 2 small spoons of ground oatmeal and 3 drops of your favorite essential oils... This mask not only refreshes the epidermis, but also helps to cleanse the pores.
A tomato refreshing mask will be useful for a dermis prone to oily. Fresh tomatoes are peeled and rubbed to make a puree. In this form, they are applied to the face for a quarter of an hour.
A potato mask will help fading skin with traces of fatigue. For this mask, the potatoes need to be boiled along with the peel, peeled and mashed. Then you need to stir in raw yolk and a couple of large spoons of warmed milk. In a warm form, the mass is applied to the face and kept for no more than 20 minutes.
A mask with coffee will help relieve fatigue and refresh the skin. The coffee grounds remaining after the preparation of the drink are mixed in half with olive oil, the same amount of loose honey, ground oatmeal and milk are added. Everything is mixed and applied for 20 minutes.
To improve the condition of the oily dermis, a protein-curd mask is used. Stir half a glass of cottage cheese, 3 large spoons of sour cream and whipped protein. This thick mass is applied to the skin of the face for 20 minutes.
