What can a child eat at 3 years old
Child's diet at 3 years old should be more varied than at 2 years old. Protein foods should always be present. Since he participates in all processes of the body - growth, work of the brain and body, metabolism and strengthening immunity.
Protein is found in the following foods:
- meat;

- milk products;
- eggs.
In meat, preference should be given to turkey, beef, rabbit. The fish should be marine - salmon, pink salmon, etc.

Along with proteins, the child should receive carbohydrates - the main source of vitality.

Of course, it is impossible to strictly follow only this diet. Some children have allergies for milk protein or simply do not like fish. Therefore, you should replace products with equivalent nutrients.

Remember: at the age of three, the ban on honey, margarine and mushrooms remains.
As an exception, honey can be used in baked goods, in pure form - a maximum of half a teaspoon. The baby's pancreas is still too weak to handle such a heavy product.
