Preferred foods include:

  • Milk products. Despite the fact that the baby is almost an adult, he also needs dairy products, and the total amount per day should be about 0.6 liters. This amount includes kefir, yogurt, fermented baked milk, etc. If fermented milk and dairy products are not prepared on their own, but are purchased in the store, then try to buy those products that are suitable for the baby by age. In the preparation of such products, only high-quality ingredients are used, which undergo strict quality control. Also, don't forget to check the expiration date. Give your baby cottage cheese and cottage cheese, which you first pass through a sieve. If the cottage cheese is dry, mix it with yogurt - it will be very tasty.   • Vegetables. Another important element of the baby's diet. They contain a lot of fiber, which allows protein to be absorbed better and faster. For this reason, vegetables are best served with meat. In addition to previously permitted vegetables, the diet can be diluted with green peas, beets and turnips. In the beginning, it is better to cook mashed potatoes from them, and by one and a half years it can be boiled and stewed pieces of vegetables.
