Home the beauty Useful oils for nails

Beautiful and well-groomed female nails- this is a reason for pride. However, the frequent use of colored coatings cannot but affect their health, therefore, in order to repair the damage and keep the nails strong and healthy, you need to provide them with high-quality care. This can be done in different ways, including natural oils.

The benefits of nail oils

Oils are base and essential oils. Both those and others work well on marigolds, but the latter, unlike the first, cannot be used in their pure form, otherwise you can get burned. Before use, esters must be diluted in base oils, but the base oils themselves can be used both in general mixtures and as an independent caring composition. Let's talk a little about the benefits of esters and the effects of base oils.

Accelerating nail growth through the use of oils is good, but just for a start it is worth understanding why nails grow slowly. If the cause of slow growth is malfunctioning of internal organs and systems, then the use of oil is unlikely to give the expected effect. If the reason is a natural feature, then oils can really act as helpers.

To accelerate the growth of the nail plate, it is good to use the following oils and recipes with them:

  • Combine castor oil, soybean oil and bergamot in a 7 to 3 to 1 ratio. Process the marigolds with the finished composition, rubbing thoroughly into each.
  • Mix burdock oil with your favorite hand cream and massage your nails.
  • Mix a couple of tablespoons of almond oil with ten drops of lemon ether and twenty drops of lavender oil. Process the marigolds with the finished composition daily.
  • Take flaxseed oil as a base oil and add three drops each of rosemary and tea tree oils. Massage into each nail.
  • In an equal volume, combine a set of oils from ylang-ylang, bergamot. Rub into the nail plate daily.
  • Pour cedar oil into any base oil and massage the marigolds with the ready-made mixture.
