Early aging
Aging is the same natural and irreversible process as, for example, breath, growth or emergence of new cells to replace old ones. But the rhythm of life in big cities, ecology, addictions, stress and much more can lead to such a phenomenon as premature aging.

Early skin aging: causes
Unfortunately, no one will be able to avoid aging. The first signs can make themselves felt after 25 years. All that is in our power is to prevent the causes of early skin aging, namely:
- Incorrectly selected cosmetics. If you use anti-aging cosmetics ahead of time, it will lead to the fact that your skin will lose the ability to cope with its tasks on its own, losing its youth. This also includes the loss of moisture, which is fraught with dryness for the skin and, as a result, the appearance first wrinkles.
- Ecology. Exhaust gases, dust particles clog pores and penetrate the body, free radicals, i.e. particles of heavy metals, damage the skin and it loses its elasticity and moisture.
- Ultra-violet rays. For those who love intense tanning, this is a particularly acute problem. The sun's rays penetrate into the deep layers of the skin, destroy collagen and elastin, the skin loses its elasticity and wrinkles appear.
- Stress. Long-term stress affects the entire body, not just the face.
- Improper nutrition. Eating improperly, the body does not receive the vitamins, antioxidants and trace elements it needs that fight free radicals.
- Insufficient fluid intake. Water is needed to improve blood circulation and stimulate the growth of new cells. You need to drink at least 1.5 liters of plain water per day.
- Lack of sleep. While we sleep, our skin rests and our cells renew themselves. If you do not follow the regime of sleep and rest, the skin begins to lose its youth.
- Bad habits. Smoking and alcohol causes a lack of oxygen, loss of moisture and vasodilation, which primarily lead to premature aging.
Premature aging of the body
Early aging is fraught not only with the shortening of life expectancy, but also with the fact that the standard of living itself deteriorates, diseases characteristic of the elderly appear. Premature aging depends on a large number of factors that affect the body. You can conditionally classify them into:
- External. This includes bad ecology.
- Internal, including those caused by hereditary factors, genetics. These include bad habits, lack of sleep and rest, unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity.
Premature aging can be both a consequence and a cause of a particular disease.
Aging symptoms
Symptoms are changes both external and in the work of internal organs. Early aging provokes a deterioration in cardiovascular activity. Old age and cerebral atherosclerosis have such a relationship that often its appearance is directly attributed to the cause of early aging. Signs of this process are observed in many other diseases of a chronic nature, for example, tuberculosis, diabetes, weakened immunity, etc.
An outward sign of the aging process will be the loss of beauty and attractiveness: deterioration in the condition of the skin, hair structure, posture.
Anti aging remedy
Biological aging is an irreversible process. It is impossible to restore the deterioration of the heart, joints or any other organs and systems. But everyone can slow down biological aging. You must first of all take care of your health on your own, take control of your life, because there are no magic pills or the elixir of youth.
The most important factors in maintaining a youthful body are purified blood and good liver function. To do this, follow these tips:
- Eat small meals 5-7 times a day. Eating food promotes the release of bile from the gallbladder, and freeing up space for the release of toxins from the liver.
- A small amount of fat (butter, sour cream) helps to improve the functioning of the gallbladder.
- Eat foods containing fiber, it helps to speed up the process of elimination of digestive products from the intestines, so that toxins are not deposited in the liver.
- Protein is best consumed for lunch because it takes at least 6 hours to digest meat. A poorly digested product can cause flatulence, rotting.
- Try not to eat foods containing GMOs, preservatives, dyes. They pollute the blood.
- Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day to help cleanse your body.
In addition to eating right, take time for physical activity. At least do not use the elevator, but go up the stairs, take walks around the house, in the summer you can use a bicycle instead of a car.
Slow down the aging process
In addition to the above tips on nutrition and physical activity, to slow down the aging process, you can help you quit bad habits and establish a new good habit - more often in the fresh air. And also, it will not be superfluous to take vitamins and natural dietary supplements.
