First of all, the girth under the bust is measured. In this case, it is necessary to ensure that the centimeter is as close to the body as possible. The average is always recorded, that is, if you received a volume from 78 to 82 cm, 80 cm should be recorded. 
After that, you need to measure the chest in girth at the protruding points. Further, the first indicator is subtracted from the result obtained, and based on the obtained figure, it is easy to determine the size. For example, if it turned out 15-17 cm, the size is 3C.
When buying European-made lingerie, the size is determined in a slightly different way. The difference is that the volume under the breast does not need to be averaged. After both indicators are determined, the resulting difference is divided by six. Further, according to the table provided by the manufacturer, you can find the corresponding size in the same way.
How to choose a bra size
However, do not rely only on the table when choosing bra individual characteristics must also be taken into account. So, sometimes in some women, the mammary glands are very close. Others have slight asymmetry, or one breast may be slightly larger than the other. In such cases, having the bra with adjustable straps helps a lot.

In the process of wearing, the model will stretch a little, and in order to give the breasts an ideal shape, it will be possible to fasten the bra with the extreme row of hooks.
