Follow these rules at home:

  • avoid prolonged contact with the animal;
  • take anti-allergy medications in advance;
  • do not let your pet into your room or onto your bed;
  • teach the animal to sleep in one place;
  • ask household members to brush the animal at least once a week;
  • refuse rugs, carpets and other dust collectors;
  • Do wet cleaning as often as possible;
  • ventilate the apartment more often;
  • install a humidifier.

If you remove all the runners, sofa cushions and other items that accumulate dust, you will notice a positive result already on the first day. Agree, it’s faster to clean the floor. A vacuum cleaner should only be used when necessary, as it does not trap small dust particles.

Moist air in the house will prevent allergens from flying in the air, but will allow them to settle on the floor. That is, simply by washing the floor you will reduce the risk of dust getting into your body.
