How is soy milk made?

There is no difficulty in obtaining a milk drink from soy. To do this, you first need to soak the soybeans in water, allowing them to swell. Then the resulting mass is boiled, cooled and filtered. Then the resulting composition is crushed and filtered, removing everything unnecessary. The result is a liquid called soy milk. This method is used to produce this drink in countries where soybeans grow in sufficient quantities.

The industry uses a slightly different method to produce soy drink. First, the soybeans are also soaked in water. Then, using special devices, they are crushed to obtain a puree-like mass and the liquid is squeezed out. After this, the resulting liquid is heated to +150 degrees in a short time. This suppresses the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms. The result in both methods is a sweet-tasting drink with a pleasant consistency and an unobtrusive aroma.
