According to the latter, regular consumption of soy drink helps to suppress one's own endocrine system, reduces the production of high-quality sperm, and also provokes the development of thyroid ailments.
Soy milk should not be drunk:

- If you have cancer.
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- In children under 1 year of age.
Soybean milk drink contains phytic acid, which interferes with the absorption of calcium, zinc, iron and magnesium during the digestion of food in the body. Therefore, the benefits of the drink are significantly reduced. In general, it is advised to drink soy milk in limited quantities.
How soy milk is made
There are no difficulties in obtaining a milk drink from soybeans. To do this, you must first soak the soybeans in water, allowing them to swell. Then the resulting mass is boiled, cooled and filtered. Then the resulting composition is crushed and filtered, removing all unnecessary. The result is a liquid called soy milk. This drink is produced in this way in countries where soybeans grow in sufficient quantities.
The industry uses a slightly different method of making soy drinks. Soybeans are also soaked in water at the beginning. Then, using special apparatus, they are crushed to obtain a puree-like mass and the liquid is squeezed out. After that, the resulting liquid is heated up to +150 degrees in a short time. This suppresses the multiplication of pathogenic microorganisms. As a result, in both methods, a sweetish-tasting drink of pleasant consistency with an unobtrusive aroma is obtained.
