- you should not go to bed after dinner, it is better to walk a little, and if the weather is inclement outside, do your household chores.
So what a perfect dinner should look like. It can be boiled meat or fish, and prepare a salad of raw vegetables as a side dish. Fiber, entering the stomach along with proteins, will facilitate the work of the gastrointestinal tract and speed up the process of food digestion.

Fermented milk products are digested the fastest in the gastrointestinal tract, so if you feel hungry before going to bed, you can eat yogurt or kefir, the main thing is that these products do not contain sugar.
