For the paraffin therapy procedure, a special cosmetic paraffin is used. It does not contain harmful substances or any impurities. Paraffin is selected based on the composition. It should be free from dyes and flavors.

To do this, you will need:

  • hand cream (of your choice, what effect you achieve will depend on it);
  • cosmetic paraffin;
  • hand scrub;
  • cellophane and thermo gloves (can be replaced with a warm mitten).

Procedure:

  1. The paraffin must be melted in a water bath. Make sure that the container in which you will be heating the paraffin is dry.
  2. Wash and scrub your hands. Wipe dry.
  3. Apply cream. Massage your hands. This is necessary in order to warm up your hands. Otherwise, dipping cold hands into paraffin wax can cause discomfort.
  4. Before you dip your hands into the melted paraffin, check its temperature. It should be warm, but not scalding.
  5. Hands are dipped into paraffin several times. Then they put on cellophane gloves, and over them thermo. The duration of the mask is twenty minutes.
  6. Then remove the paraffin wax from your hands. This is very easy to do. After the procedure, it is not recommended to leave the house for an hour.

  • oily hand cream.

Preparation:

  2. Once the bath is ready, place your hands in it and hold for twenty minutes.
  3. When the time is up, pat your hands dry with a paper towel. Just get wet, not wipe off.
  4. Apply a greasy cream to your hands and let it absorb. Remove excess with a paper towel or napkin.

For cooking you will need:

  • decoction of a series of 1.5 liters;
  • lavender essential oil 1 drop;
  • bergamot essential oil 1 drop;
  • grapefruit essential oil 1 drop.

Preparation:

  1. Add a drop of the listed oils to one and a half liters of broth, after diluting them in base oil.
  2. Dip your hands in the bath for twenty minutes.
