How to use eye oil
Before using any vegetable oil, it is necessary to test it for allergies. Neglecting this advice provokes swelling of the eyelids. The selected oil must be applied in a very thin layer. For starters, it is recommended not to keep it on the eyelids for more than 5 minutes. Then the duration of exposure should be gradually increased.
Base oils are allowed to be applied to the eyelids without mixing with others, but essential oils must be diluted and not added too much. Essential oil is too concentrated and will inevitably cause burns if mishandled.
As a rule, it is recommended to slightly warm up base oil extracts before use. But if essential oil is part of the oil mixture, then there is no need to heat it. In this case, the oil mixture loses all its useful qualities.
