How to replace the base under the shadow

It absorbs sebum and contributes to the long-term retention of eyeshadow on the eyelids. The base can mask redness, pigmentation of the eyelids, enhance the brightness and shine of the eyeshadow. The product can have a liquid, gel, creamy texture.

If you do not need a basic tool at hand, and the event is planned to be long, then you can use the following tips:
