How to brew chaga mushroom

The originally collected chaga must be soaked in water to soften it. Then the birch mushroom is removed and crushed with a coarse grater. The resulting raw material is again placed in the same water. Then put the pan on a small fire and simmer for about 60 minutes, while not allowing the liquid to boil. Then the broth is removed from the heat, cooled and filtered.

Then 200 g of dried viburnum berries are poured with cold water and left to brew. After six hours, a saucepan with viburnum berries is placed in a water bath and simmer for 60 minutes. After the decoction of viburnum has cooled, it is strained and mixed with a decoction of chaga.

A glass of aloe juice and 250 g of honey are added to the mixture of decoctions, stirred and added with water, bringing the amount of liquid to 4 liters. Leave the mixture for a week in a dark, cool place. During this time, the broth should ferment, then it is placed in the refrigerator. The prepared medicine is drunk three times a day, 2 large spoons.
