Even an hour a day that you spend on yourself personally will allow you to become calmer and happier. This could be a walk in the park, a craft project, or sports– Anything that gives you pleasure will do.
- Assess the problem objectively. Even if at first glance only the negative side of the situation is visible, try to find the positive aspects. Don’t let unnecessary fears into your life, and it will become much calmer.
- Control your mood. To do this, you can imagine yourself as the hero of a play or film. Imagine that you are a director and the further development of events depends only on you.
- Be active. Dreaming, as you know, is not harmful and even useful, but dreams will not bring you closer to achieving your goal. It's better to take action right now. Don't be afraid to take the first step and don't worry that it won't work out. When you follow the path to your dreams, it helps to find peace and harmony.
Despite the fact that you can achieve harmony only after knowing your inner world, the environment also plays a big role. Think about whether you are satisfied with your social circle and what you would like to change. Try to see the good qualities in people and show them your positive sides more often.
