If a person’s skin has been damaged due to careless handling, then washing it off is quite simple. Fresh spots are easily removed by washing with ordinary laundry soap. If this method does not give the expected result, then you can use others:
- Chlorine or chlorine-containing bleach can be used to remove stains from your hands. Just moisten a piece of cotton wool with it and gently wipe the stain. After removing the dirt, wash your hands with warm water, then apply nourishing cream to your skin. You should not use this method on the face or with high sensitivity.
- The green stuff can be washed off quite well with a mixture of vodka and lemon juice. Take 5 parts vodka and 1 part citrus juice. After mixing, soak a cotton pad in the solution and remove the stain. After this, rinse the affected area with water and cover with nourishing cream.
- Baking soda has a more gentle effect. It is mixed with water to form a paste and applied to pollution and rub until it disappears. The remaining paste is washed off with water.
- To remove fresh green stains, alcohol wipes are suitable for wiping office equipment. They just need to wipe the affected area.

If after careless handling there are still green spots on linoleum, you need to use a soap solution made from washing powder. They thoroughly wipe the affected floor. If the stains are fresh, then this method is quite effective. For old stains, washing powder is not suitable; more radical measures are needed here.
A mixture of vinegar essence and potassium permanganate washes brilliant green well. These components are connected to each other and, after waiting for the reaction to complete, the affected area is washed. After washing the stain, wipe the floor with soapy water.
A chlorine-containing product will wash away green stains without leaving a trace. Apply any bleach to a cotton pad and wipe the stain with it until it disappears. After this, the floor is washed with water.

An old dried stain of green paint on linoleum will remove gasoline. Soak a cloth in the hot mixture and place it on the stain for a while. Then traces of gasoline are washed off with a non-aggressive cleaning agent.
How to remove brilliant green from furniture
In the matter of cleaning furniture from emerald green stains, the material of the furniture is of great importance. For example, leather upholstery is cleaned with alcohol wipes. They help eliminate fresh, newly created stains.
Another option is to use powder stain remover for colored fabrics. It is mixed with water to form a paste and applied as such to the stain. After a few minutes of exposure, the stain is scrubbed and the remaining cleaning agent is removed with napkins.
It is much more difficult to remove a stain from fabric upholstery. The first step is to try to scrub the stain with hydrogen peroxide or alcohol. If it was not possible to remove it, then mix starch with water and apply it to the stain until it dries. Then simply clean off the remaining mixture with a dry sponge.
If brilliant green gets on untreated wood, then there is only one way out - sand the affected area with sandpaper. The fact is that wood very quickly absorbs the coloring composition into its fibers and nothing can remove it.
It is much easier to remove stains from a varnished surface. You just need to cover it with baking soda and sprinkle vinegar on top. After the reaction is completed, the remaining mixture is collected with a rag.
On laminated surfaces, use laundry detergent, plumbing cleaners or acetone. All of them can only lighten the stains a little, but they will not be able to completely remove the stain.
