They do not need a lot of products and time, but the result is excellent.

There is a little more trouble with him, since the products will have to be measured strictly by grams, but the end result will please.

  1. Grind 95 g of soft butter with 200 g of granulated sugar, and then beat until smooth.
  2. Beat one egg separately and divide it equally. Add one part to the butter and sugar, and leave the other for lubrication.
  3. Add 75 g of milk to the egg-oil mixture and beat everything until a cream is formed, then add 4 g of baking powder and mix.
  4. Gradually add 0.4 kg of sifted flour and knead a tender dough that does not stick to your hands.
  5. Sprinkle the table with a little flour and put the dough on it. Roll the latter into a layer, the thickness of which should be in the region of 6-7 mm. Cut the biscuits in any way you like.
  6. Spread the parchment on a baking sheet and spread the prepared biscuits, coat with the left egg and send to the oven preheated to 200 ° C to bake for 10-12 minutes until tender.

In addition to the GOST recipe, there are others. Some of them are similar to the state standard, only slightly modified, and there are those that are presented in a completely different interpretation.

An almost classic recipe for biscuits

From this amount of products, about 25 pieces of biscuits are obtained.

  1. Beat 150 g of margarine with a glass of sugar (you can take less or more, depending on personal preference).
  2. Add a couple of eggs and beat again.
  3. Continuing to beat, pour in 150 ml of milk, add a couple of small spoons of baking powder.
  4. Pour in 0.450 kg of sifted flour. Knead the dough so that it doesn't stick to your hands.
  5. Transfer the dough to the table, roll out a layer 0.5 cm thick, cut the biscuits with molds.
  6. Grease the prepared biscuits with an egg and bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  7. Before serving, the biscuits can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

  1. Sift a couple of glasses of flour.
  2. In a bowl, combine 150 g sour cream, one egg, a couple of large tablespoons of soft butter, three large tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and half a small spoonful of baking soda. Whisk everything well.
  3. Begin to gradually add the sifted flour and knead an elastic, non-sticky dough.
  4. Place the prepared dough on a table sprinkled with flour and roll it into a layer 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Cut the biscuits with a mold, brush with a beaten egg and send to the oven, preheated to 190 ° C, for 10-15 minutes until cooked.

In each of the recipes, you can add vanillin or any other ingredient that you think will go well with the baked goods. For example, even the simplest poppy added to the dough will not change the biscuits themselves much, but it will improve their taste.
