Cryosauna
A cryosauna is a procedure during which a person is healed by cold within two to three minutes. Cold can have a rejuvenating effect on the body, and also help get rid of various even chronic diseases. Cryotherapy will have the desired effect only if the temperature on the surface of the body reaches 0°C. For the top layer of skin, such cooling does not cause any harm. And at the same time, the most important processes occur: nerve receptors transmit signals to the brain, and all regulatory centers receive a “shake-up.” In this way, all disorders in the body are scanned.

Cryosauna: benefits
The benefit of a cryosauna is that all systems in the body are activated. Namely:
- The immune and endocrine systems are stimulated.
- Pain relief, inflammation, swelling and spasms are relieved.
- Saturates the blood with endorphins.
- The body’s ability to promptly and independently diagnose disorders occurring in the body and eliminate them is restored.
- It has a positive effect on the treatment of neuroses, joint diseases, skin diseases, and sexual dysfunctions.
- It has a rejuvenating effect by increasing blood flow.
- During one session, all metabolic processes are very intensively activated, which promotes weight loss of up to 1 kilogram.
In the cryosauna, the temperature ranges from -130°C to -180°C, the duration of one session is 2-3 minutes.
How the cryotherapy procedure works: you enter a cryo-cabin (cryo-pool), where a dry cold mixture of nitrogen and air is launched; after just 20 seconds, the temperature inside the cabin drops to -130°C. At the same time, you will not experience discomfort, because inside there is a dry mixture of air, and not ice water.
On average, a session lasts no more than 3 minutes, depending on the individual characteristics of the body. You will feel the result after 2-3 procedures: the skin becomes elastic, pain in the musculoskeletal system goes away, insomnia disappears, mood noticeably improves, etc. Typically, a wellness course ranges from 10 to 15 procedures over 2-3 weeks.
