- consume more liquid - juices, water, tea;
- meals should be fractional: reduce portions, but increase the number of meals up to 5-6 times a day;
- try to consume lean foods, for example, milk, kefir, cheese, cottage cheese should be low in fat;
- introduce more vegetables and fruits into the diet, they are rich in vitamins and contribute to weight loss;
- more fish, less meat;
- do not exclude cereals, cereals should be cooked in water, adding a little lean milk and honey (if the child does not have allergies);
- confectionery should be excluded, replace them with dried fruits;
- do not neglect fresh herbs, they contain a lot of vitamins;
- choose for the diet exactly those foods that do not cause an allergenic reaction in the baby.
Approximate daily diet for a nursing mother:
- Morning - tea, fresh fruit salad.
- Lunch time - fish soup, vegetable salad, juice, for example, carrot juice, chicken egg, tea.
- Snack - bran bread sandwich with cheese, vegetable salad.
- Evening - stewed vegetables, freshly squeezed juice, an apple.
