To work, you need a yarn for hand knitting, the quality of which you can choose yourself. For example, wool slippers will be warmer, but wear out quickly, to avoid this, add synthetic thread when knitting the sole.
When knitting these "booties", a bulky synthetic thread is used
Start by knitting the top. Cast on such a number of loops so that the size corresponds to the height of the future product, in this case 20 loops, and knit about 38 rows in garter stitch. You can choose any drawing that you like best.
As soon as the finished canvas completely wraps around the leg, close the loops, I got 38 rows.
How to knit a sweetheart
Dividing tightly visually into two parts, in the middle, dial the loops for knitting the front. The number of loops corresponds to the width of the foot. For the size indicated above, 14 loops were obtained. 
Join the edges of the top and continue knitting with garter stitch.
Knit the required number of rows for the length of the foot. I got 28 rows.
Now proceed to knitting the sidewalls. Cast on the loops along the bottom edge of the entire product, distribute the loops on four knitting needles and knit the size you need. I got 8 rows.
Start knitting a honey. To do this, leave 10 loops on the knitting needle, which is in the area of the toe. Knit them gradually grasping the extreme side, thereby moving forward.
When the paw is finished and 10 loops remain on the needles, close them and sew the product.
In order for the boots to have a clearer outline, dial the loops in a circle in the area of the foot and knit several rows, close them. If you own a crochet hook, you can tie it to the crochet. Decorate the slippers to your liking.
The slippers are ready!
